What was the particular upgrade that you purchased? I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the purchased upgrade is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

It looks like that is being connected to a site on a different account, and although that is being connected the domain, it’s pointed to GoDaddy.
Do you have access to a different WordPress.com account with a different email address, or do you control any payment methods that have been used with WordPress.com in relation to this domain?
The reason why I ask is because I see no sites created on the account that you’re communicating from us now, along with any purchases, so it’s possible in order to help, we may have to guide you through the account recovery process.
