  Hi! Can you please downgrade my site to personal plan and refund the difference for the year, and please keep the domain linked?

  Hi there,

  For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. Since you purchased the Business plan back in April it’s not possible to issue a refund. Therefore, you can still use the Business plan as it’ll be active on your site until April 6, 2019. When the time for renewal comes, you can contact us to downgrade you to the Personal plan then.
