Downgrade to Personal Plan

  Hi – I upgraded my plan to Premium this morning, but I’ve since changed my mind upon reflection and would like to downgrade back to the Personal Plan. It seems that this is only possible via staff contact in the forums, hence my post here.

  The domain name is https://jasperch.com. Also wanted to note I paid my £30 back in February for another year of the Personal Plan. any help would be greatly appreciated!

  Hi jasperchblog,

  No problem, I can downgrade jasperch.com to the Personal plan and refund the difference.

  I noticed you are using a premium theme which is included in the Premium plan (unlimited access to premium themes). Your site will revert back to a free theme when I downgrade it to the Personal plan so I just wanted to check whether you are happy for me to go ahead and do that now or whether you want to choose a different theme first?

  Yup, I am happy with this. My previous theme was Baskerville 2 – reverting back to that would be good. Thanks!!

  Hi there, I have changed your site to the Baskerville 2 theme and downgraded you from Premium to Personal and refunded the difference between what you paid for the Premium and the cost of the Personal plan.

  On international refunds, it may be over 10 days before the refund shows up on your statement.
