downgrade to Personal plan

    Hello, my Starter pack ends soon. I would like to ask about downgrading to Personal plan – can I still use the domain registered with an external provider?
    I am considering the downgrade as I do not have much time to write my blog, nor do I have use for the tools on my Starter plan.

    Yes you can, and that feature wouldn’t change.

    It looks like the Starter plan is set to expire in the next day or two, would you like us to adjust your account so that the personal plan can be purchased? This would ensure a smooth transition.
