Downgrade WordPress Version

    I updated WordPress to 6.6.1. Since then, my life has went to hell.

    I can’t activate newly installed plugins
    I can’t deactivate plugins
    I keep getting same notifications repeatedly
    I am getting logged out every 5-10 minutes.

    I want to know how can I downgrade WordPress version to get out of this mess.

    I am using Updraft free version and I have tried restoring to yesterday’s backup but that didn’t work.

    PS: I am trying to contact support team. I am not sure if this post will be sent to support team or will be posted in a public forum.
