  Hi I signed up for the personal plan about a month ago to test out the site. Today I upgrade to premium, then I decided not to since I was just testing and cancelled it. However, my plan is now free and not personal anymore. So I basically wasted $100+ on upgrading to personal just because I downgraded from premium?

  You did not downgrade from Premium. You cancelled your plan completely. Downgrading can only be done by staff. Had you contacted live chat support instead we could have helped you with this.

  I have restored your Personal Plan and domain mapping to your site, so everything should be back to how it was before you upgraded to Premium.
