Downgraded account = lost 2 years worth of posts

    I just downgraded my account from the business plan to premium and I didn’t fully realise that this would mean 2 years worth of posts would disappear. I am desperate to get them back. Will they be able to? I’ve logged it on support.

    I don’t care if I have to pay (though it would have been so helpful if it had been said more explicitly). I’ll go back to business account if needs be. I’m so devastated.
