Downgraded from Business Plan back to Personal but then it gave me “Free”

I upgraded my site to the personal plan in April 2024. Yesterday, I “upgraded” to the business plan which had a 14 day money back guarantee. I was charged the difference between the two plans. I decided that I wanted to end the business plan and go back to the personal plan so cancelled. I was refunded the same amount (the difference between the personal and business plan). Now my account is set to free, so it of course won’t let me use my domain properly anymore and won’t allow me to change my plan at all. Its some sort of bug. I wouldn’t mind going with premium instead, but that’s not an option either. WordPress has my personal plan money but made my account the “free” version when I cancelled business. I contacted support but still haven’t heard. I am guessing because they see I am a “free” website and won’t provide support, even though I paid for personal in April. Please help!

I checked your account today and I see you have since upgraded back to the Premium plan. When I look at your upgrade I do see the credit from a previous plan coming into the math of the charge as a discount.
