Downgraded from Business to Free instead of Business to Premium

Hello,
I recently upgraded from Premium to Business. When I wanted to cancel my Business plan (on the same day), I was taken back to the free plan and promised a return of 388.80 euros (the price of a business plan)
I want to access my premium which I do not have currently. How can I start with the Premium plan as before? I paid 187.20 euros for it.
A heads-up: The old domain connected to my site was http://thewinningmindset.club
Now it has been changed to thewinningmindset.wordpress.com
Please help!

As for the refund regarding your Business plan, we processed that on the very same day you made the purchase. Due to this, your credit card provider might have treated it as a reversal, which means that the original charges may have been simply removed.
