Downgraded my plan, it deleted my free domain, locked in a wpcomstaging site

    Dear WordPress,

    I downgraded from a business plan because of an entirely different issue I could not get addressed and it permanently reverted my site to https://outofbodytravel.wpcomstaging.com/, it should be outofbodytravel.wordpress.com. I’ve tried everything, I even named a new site outofbodytravelarchive.wordpress.com, but it will not allow me to transfer it to that one either. It appears the outofbodytravel.wordpress.com has just been deleted from my account. Can you please help restore the site?

    Hi there, when I visit outofbodytravel.wordpress.com I land on a site that’s marked Private.

    Do you see that site in your account at https://wordpress.com/sites ? If so, try going to Settings>General>Privacy and changing its Privacy setting to Public.

    Let us know how that goes in case we need to flag support staff on this. Thanks.
