Downgraded Plan Can’t Uninstall Plugins

  A few years ago I made this site. I used a plugin called Elementor. I no longer pay for Elementor, nor Creator level on wordpress.com. Which means I can no longer manage my plugins from the plugin page, yet Elementor is still on my site along with WPForms, both of which I dont use on my pages anymore. I would like to delete these plugins but cannot without access to the plugin dashboard (because I am a free user).

  Hi,

  It seems that your site was not totally reverted when the Creator plan expired and it still retained some of the features of the Business plan it used to have.

  I have reverted your site and you can manage it normally again. Please note that any content added by plugins or third-party themes won’t be available unless you upgrade again in the future.
