Downgraded to the Free Plan While Still Paying for the Business Plan

    Hi,
    I canceled my plan to go from Business to Free because I will no longer use the Business plan once it expires.

    However, my Business plan has not yet expired, and I want to keep it until it expires.

    Now, the website looks like a Free-plan website (I lost all the paid plan’s features).

    How can I fix it and make it look like the Business-plan website?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The WordPress AI assistant suggests I upgrade to Business Plan again and restore the site with my backup.

    The thing is, I will pay for the Business Plan twice if I choose to upgrade since my current Business Plan payment has not yet expired.

    How can I avoid making duplicated payments while getting my paid plan’s features and content back?
