Downgrading from Business to Premium

    Hello. I am in the process of selecting a plan. I think I need Business, but can not be entirely sure. In the event I need to downgrade to Premium, does wordpress refund the difference?

    Hi Jaz,

    As long as you downgrade within the 30-day refund period, we’ll refund the difference, yes. But we do not offer pro-rated refunds if you cancel after more than 30 days. Also note that you cannot downgrade on your own – you’ll need to contact support so we can do this for you.

    That said, can you tell me a bit about what you’re planning with your site, and what features you think you’ll need? Then we might be able to offer some advice on which plan would best suit your specific needs.
