Downgrading from business to premium

    Hi, I recently cancelled my business plan and got a whole refund in hopes that I could downgrade to a premium plan. However, when I try to purchase it, it doesn’t let me. Is there something that I’m missing? And if someone could help me with purchasing it that would be great, thanks! The original domain that I still have purchased is parker-lehr.com

    Hi there –

    I can help you with this. Looking over the account I can see where the business plan was downgraded and refunded. Then on 2023-11-14  a premium plan was purchased and refunded.

    At this link you should be able to select the premium plan and repurchase. Notice that you’ll be able to save an additional 20% when you select more than 1 year of hosting. That’s the best price option.
