Downgrading from Premium to Personal

    I want to downgrade from Premium to Personal. Do I need to cancel Premium and THEN sign up to Personal? I do not want to lose any content or my domain name.

    Hi @lifewhatajoy,

    There are a couple things to keep in mind when downgrading.

    I have attached this helpful link for your review which tells you the effects of downgrading either from Business to Premium and Premium to Personal (as a side note – please keep in mind that this was posted in Jan 2017 so there may have been changes to the process since then):

    Hi there,

    It’s not possible to downgrade your plan on your own, only to cancel it.

    I see your plan just renewed. Please confirm if I should downgrade your plan and refund the difference between Premium and Personal. Note that if you have any Premium features active, like custom CSS or a premium theme, it will stop working once I downgrade. Any video files you’ve added in your media library will still work, but you won’t be able to add any new one.
