Downgrading my plan later

Hey, Right now I am on free WordPress. I would like to try the premium plan for a month or two. I have few doubts, please clarify :
1. Can I downgrade my plan from premium to free version, without losing the content?
2. My domain name is currently abc.wordpress.com – If I upgrade to premium will it stay that way? And what happens to it when I downgrade 2 months later. -
1. No you won’t lose any of your own content that you yourself created but after two months you won’t be eligible to a refund so downgrading then would be pointless. Downgrading would mean losing whatever customization you had carried out using the Premium plan features which surely would have been the main reason for the upgraded plan in the first place. Refunds are available within 30 days of upgrading.
2. If you think you’re only going to upgrade for less than 30 days there would be no point in adding a custom domain. Refunds for them are available within 96 hours of purchase. -
