Downgrading Plan

Just wondering, if i have a business plan (which allowed me to upload my own themes) and i downgrade my plan to a premium plan will i still be able to keep my uploaded themes. The only reason i need the business plan is to upload the theme, i don’t need the others features :) Thanks

I believe the answer will be no you cannot use any third party theme without a Business plan upgrade in place on the site. As you have an upgrades site you can use live chat support. Have you tried using it?

Then moving to self hosted WordPress is the logical way to go after canceling the plan and requesting a refund. https://move.wordpress.com

Hi there,
If you downgrade from the Business Plan, all Business Plan features on the site are immediately deactivated, including any themes or plugins that you uploaded while on the Business Plan.
