Downgrading Plan From Business To Premium

    Hi my renewal date for my website is June 28th but I want to downgrade my website to premium. The premium plan is best fit for what I need. How do I downgrade my plan from business to premium?

    Hi there,

    I’d be happy to assist you with downgrading your site.

    First, we must confirm that you understand:

    1. Any content (pages, posts, media, comments, etc) added after adding outside themes and plugins will be lost.

    2. Any custom content created by plugins and themes will not be carried over.

    3. Plugins and third-party themes can no longer be used.

    4. The site will revert to using the old theme.

    Please make backups, and ensure you have your content ready to re-upload if needed. We can proceed once you’ve confirmed.
