Downgrading plans

  Hi there, before getting started, I’d like to ask a few questions here.

  1. Is it possible to downgrade plans (e.g. from Personal to Free)?

  2. With a paid plan, what if I missed out a payment due? The website will be taken down, or auto-downgraded to Free plan?

  Hi there,

  1. Is it possible to downgrade plans (e.g. from Personal to Free)?

  Yes, you can downgrade to any plan at any time. Since all plans are yearly and paid in advance it only makes sense to downgrade in the first 30 days while the refund window is open.

  2. With a paid plan, what if I missed out a payment due? The website will be taken down, or auto-downgraded to Free plan?

  We’ll email you a few times before the expiration date and we’ll try and renew your plan a month in advance to make sure nothing goes wrong.

  In the case where a payment is missed, then all the upgrades will be removed and your site will be reverted to the Free plan without losing any of its contents.
