Downgrading Possibility

  Hello out there! Currently we pay for a premium wordpress plan because we outgrew our blog free plan. If we take a bunch of content off (delete it) can we downgrade and not have to pay anymore? What happens if we don’t pay for it in general–will the whole blog disappear, or will we just lose access? Thanks!

  Hi there!

  You can always upgrade or downgrade your plan.

  If you downgrade from any paid plan to the free one, all of your site’s contents will be intact. The only thing you’ll lose if you are on the Premium or Business plan is any customizations made via the Custom CSS feature.

  Hi there,

  There is no need to delete any content from your site if you wish to downgrade.

  If you’ve used more than the free 3GB storage limit you won’t be able to upload any more media files to the media library, but anything over the limit you’ve already added will still be there and be accessible, and you’ll still be able to add new posts and pages to your site as well, just not new media files.
