    Hi there!

I see that your WordPress.com Business plan is set to automatically renew. If you don’t want the renewal to go through, please turn off the automatic renewal at this link.

We can help you with downgrading to a different plan before your current Business plan expires. However, I see that you have active features on your site that are not available on any lower plan.

For example, you have the Elementor plugin active. If your pages are built using Elementor, downgrading may make them look different. Plugins and third-party themes are not available without the Business plan or higher, so your site would be losing access to them.

Your site also has real-time automatic backups with one-click restores. If you click My Site → Jetpack → Activity Log, you’ll see that a backup point is created every time you make changes to your site. This feature will also be deactivated if you downgrade from the Business plan.

Please take a few minutes to check out this link, which lays out what happens to a plugin-enabled site when you cancel or downgrade from the Business plan. If you’re sure you’d like to go ahead with the downgrade, please reply and let us know which plan you’d like.

Feel free to let us know if you have more questions.

  • Hi @christiansearcher you can cancel your Premium Plan here at any time, which will return your site to Free status. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
