Downgrading the plan

Hi,
I made a payment for businees plan recently but i want to downgrade it back to preminum plan.
I searched up and cancelled the business plan but I cannot re-upgrade to the premium plan.
Can you manually convert it back to preminum plan? I didn’t want full refund. Just want to stay at premium plan.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi chamdoen,
Because you were using plugins on the site with us, things works a bit differently from regular WordPress.com sites. For you to be able to purchase and use the Premium plan again, we’ll need to revert the site to how it was before you installed any plugins or custom themes.
There are two important things to note:
1) Any content you added after installing plugins will be lost, so we’ll first need to make an export of the site so we can import that content again afterwards. If that’s not needed, i.e. there’s no content you’re afraid of losing, please let me know.
2) The domain still needs to be connected to your site before we can revert it, so please don’t remove chamdoen.ca.
This is only necessary if you still want to use, or want to delete the free WordPress.com address. If you don’t really care what happens to the free address, we don’t need to do any of this.
Please let me know how you want me to proceed.

Yes! I do need to keep “chamdoen.ca” domain and want to revert the website back to how it was before I install the plugins.
Anythings with the plug-ins can be deleted but I want to keep the custom themes that I have now (it was purchased and customized with premium plan) .
Please try proceeding it without losing contents and let me know if you have any other concerns while downgrading it.

We’ve made the changes to your site now.
A refund has already been issued for the previous plans (Premium and Business) you purchased so I’ve sent a payment request for the Premium plan minus the domain cost — this will need to paid in order to keep Premium features working on your site.
The payment request has been emailed the address on your Account Settings page. Please let me know if you don’t receive it.
