  Hi
  Not able to see where I can downgrade my plan from Premium to free plan.

  Could you please help me, so that I wont be charged in February?

  Provided that you are logged in with the username that purchased the upgrade, you should be able to manage that upgrade here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/

  I see that your custom domain name has already expired, so I’ve tagged this for Staff attention to remove the expired domain overlay for you.

  @eveandmia, I’ve removed the expired domain for you. You can also remove Premium when you’re ready:

  And your theme is paid for already, so we’ll leave that there. Let us know if you need more help!

  Hi supernovia, thanks for your post. unfortunately, when I go to compare plans (where downgrading is i assume) nothing loads and it is blank.

  @eveandmia I’m not sure why it didn’t load for you. I was able to remove Premium for you from our end, though. Do you need more help?

  yes, i do need more help. i am also looking to remove the domains/premium upgrades that are connected to mrandmrsrandall.com and pearsonjohnsproperties.com and psyflydiscs.com so i can remove them! same as before…

  OK, for mrandmrsrandall.com and pearsonjohnsproperties.com: these domains have not expired yet. Are you planning on using those names again? I can cancel them for you, but they may be permanently lost. If that’s fine, let me know and I’ll proceed.

  About psyflydiscs.com — you’ll need to log in as the account that owns that ugprade then confirm whether you’re OK losing that domain, too.

  Yes, it woul dbe fine for you to cancel the domains. I am very okay with that. permanently lost is no big deal.

  thank you for this so far. as for psyflydiscs.com, can i just remove myself as an admin from that site? will that work as far as removing it from my account?

  @eveandmia, I’ve cancelled mrandmrsrandall.com and pearsonjohnsproperties.com for you.

  For the other one, please log in as the other user and get in touch with us. After the domain is 2 days old and while it is still active, we have to cancel from our end since the domains can be difficult and costly if not impossible to retrieve once cancelled.

  Can you better explain what I am to do with (email visible only to moderators and staff) admin account for the psyfly.wordpress.com domain? i would be okay with just removing eveandmia from having any connection to the site. but i will delete it completely from both sides if i have to. thanks again!

  Hi @eveandmia, try opening a new Incognito in Chrome. Then you can log in to WordPress.com using your other account, then respond on this thread with instructions for the psyflydiscs.com domain. We’ll go from there. Cheers!

  Hi! I’m logged in now, and would like the domain to be cancelled on psyflydsics.com so I can delete the site. I would also like to remove eveandmia from the account before deleting it if I have to?
