Download feedback as gibberish

  I tried download my feedback list and when i opened the Excel file – all the Hebrew content was as signs like this ערב טוב! ×ž×¢×•× ×™×™×Ÿ בהצעת מ×.
  Is there any way to fix it ?

  Orit-I have to wonder if it is the encoding in the export file itself or in Excel where you are using to read it. Found this discussion online that may help. http://mailman.cs.huji.ac.il/pipermail/linux-il/2010-July/005210.html

  thank you justjennfer !! i didn’t even read it all – i just saw “google docs” and it was enough…. i upload the gibberish excel file to the “Google drive” and after i opened it there and the Hebrew was ok i downloaded it and open the downloaded file in my computer and the Hebrew … perfect !.
