Download Forms links not working on my Oppo mobile nor on my Windows 10 laptop

  How do you get the Download Forms links to display separately and to download when the link is pressed by the viewer in the published version?
  On the Stats and Insights, downloads are shown as links. When clicked on the d05-rider-referral-request link shows ‘file not found’
  In contrast the other/2021/07/horse-donor-form-2021 when clicked on the Stats and Insights page does display in full. However as soon as you get to the published page, nothing works.

  Seems problem may be resolved by changing form to PDF to match other docs format.
