  Did you purchase the theme for the site https://zachperson609942203.wordpress.com/. That theme only works here at WordPress.com and can’t be transferred elsewhere. I’ll tag this for staff to check your account.

  That is correct, themes purchased at WordPress.com can only be used on the sites they are purchased for.

  Ovation can be purchased for self-hosted sites at https://audiotheme.com/view/ovation/
