  Just purchased the Grid Kit Pro plug-in. The link sent includes a download that is not a zip file. How do I upload into WordPress is it’s not a zip file?

  Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

  For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help from the plugin author directly or ask in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
