Download Manager Upgrade Causes Loss of Files and Ability to Link

  Upon upgrading from download manager 2.5.97 to 2.9.90, the ability to download files from a page was lost. I cannot locate the files and I cannot seem to link new uploaded files to the webpage. Help please! A contact number to discuss this issue with an engineer/technician would be appreciated.
