  I cannot download the media image file that is created, it is 13Gb and the download fails repeatedly. Can the file be broken up in less than 3Gb parts? That seems to be the limit that is always successful.

  It’s not possible to upload an image in parts, as this would result in separate images.

  With an image of that size, it sounds like you would need to optimise the image.
