  Hello there,

  Your site cannot be edited locally. If you are hosting at WordPress.com, you can only edit your site on our servers. WordPress.com themes aren’t downloadable.

  Only self-hosted sites using software downloaded from WordPress.org can be managed/edited locally. WordPress.org templates can be downloaded to your own computer.

  Here is the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org:

  Ok, I understand. Then I can not use this theme. How can I settle back to buy? How do I get a refund?
  For assistance I would be very grateful, because I have to start with my website. Thank You.
