  I purchased a theme from wordpress.com, hoping I would be able to get the code and upload it to a bluehost wordpress site, but I am not able to. Is there any solution?

  Hi there! Themes purchased here on WordPress.com are only available for WordPress.com sites. You can find that theme on the theme developers site:
