    Hi,

    I’m new to WP, I’m planning to purchase the business plan.

    I have seen a question about how much traffic can a business account handle, and the response was that wordpress.com can handle unlimited traffic and has unlimited bandwidth, but still, there are many unsolved questions worrying about the speed issue.

    I’m concerning about the download time of the website, if we have 50000 to 100000 page views per day for my media website,

    1.Can the loading time be controlled under 1-2 second with the business plan?

    2. Do you have any support for speeding up the download time of our website with the business plan?

    3. Bedside yearly fee, how much do I need pay for maintaining the download time within 1-2s by upgrading, plugins or somewhat?

    Hi there,

    Download speed on any website is determined by the connection speed of the person viewing the site. It’s not something that you have any control of from your site’s end, WordPress.com or otherwise, unless you are at a hosting provider that specifically regulates that as part of their bandwidth use. We don’t do that on WordPress.com, and there is no upgrade or plugin you can use that will change how quickly our servers serve data on your site.

    We have servers distributed all across the world, and media files are served over a dedicated content distribution network to ensure that no matter where in the world someone is they will experience the same page load times.
