  Download stats on my blog have disappeared – any ideas why?

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  I have the same problem. Suddenly all stats on downloads are gone. Even for past days.

  Good to know it’s not just my blog guitarsophist. Seems it could
  be a wordpress issue. Just so it may be narrowed down, is yours a free site?

  Hi there,

  We’re aware of the bug, but I’ve seen a couple reports from people that the download stats are back. Can you please check your stats pages again and confirm whether it’s still missing that stat for you?

  It’s the download stats on the insights page. Currently there is an annual stats tab that I don’t recall being there before, but the download stats tab definitely isn’t there.

  Are you clear the browser cache and tell me if this appears please?

  I was referring to the “File Downloads” on the Stats and Insights Traffic page. Those were gone yesterday, but now they are back. I don’t use the “Insights” tab very much, so I am unaware if anything has changed there. If you click the “Traffic” tab on the insights page, and scroll down, do you see anything listed in “File Downloads”?

  Where is it that you are checking on that, can you share the URL? I do see download stats when I look here, but I may not be checking in the same place you are:

  Do you see something different than I see? Or am I looking in a different place from where you are checking? Thanks for the additional info!

  Issue resolved – Still no File downloads tab on insights page but they are appearing when monthly views/visitors is clicked – thanks.

  Yes, the issue is resolved as near as I can tell.

  staff-totoro Yes, those are the places I am looking. I see file downloads there too.
