  For moving your blog to self-hosted we have a guide here if you’d like to do it yourself:

  Or we have a Guided Transfer service where we help you through the process step-by-step:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/guided-transfer/

  With either of those options, you’ll be able to export all of your content and add it to your self-hosted blog. However, the theme cannot be exported from WordPress.com, you’ll need to install the .org version from here:

  http://www.vivathemes.com/ladder/

  Hi again. :)

  I’ve removed the Ladder premium theme from your account and have refunded the €69. It may take a week before you can see that refund on a bank statement, but you can confirm it in the Store > Billing History menu in your blog’s dashboard.
