download the theme i bought

  hello,

  i bought the theme ” the style” and i would like to know where it is stocked and if there is any way to download it in my own computer.
  Also i created Ayurveda Homemade, and as i don’t use it at all, i would like to cancel it.
  I keep Ayurveda Handmade.

  Your theme is not available for download here at wordpress.com. I see it’s available over at the original theme developer’s site, for an additional cost: TheStyle

  Do you need it because you’re moving to a self-hosted wordpress.org install? Since wordpress.com themes are customized for the service here, that should be the only reason you’d need it.

  Are Ayurveda Homemade and Ayurveda Handmade the names of WordPress.com blogs, or are they custom domains your purchased? Could you give us the actual urls?

  If they’re just blog urls, you can delete Ayurveda Homemade yourself: Delete Site

  hello,
  yes i would like to move to a self-hosted wordpress install that’s the reason why i would like to download the theme i bought.
  How can i do ? I am ready to do it event if i should pay more .

  Sure! There are instructions here: Moving to WordPress.org

  The important steps you need to know:

  –find and purchase hosting
  –choose a domain name and purchase it, probably through your hosting provider
  –download wordpress software and install it on your server, using instructions from the WordPress Codex
  –purchase the theme you want, and upload it to your site
  –export your content from your wordpress.com hosted site, and import it into your new self-hosted wordpress.org install.

  You can get help with this from wordpress.com staff by purchasing a Guided Transfer.

  Best of luck! Later, once you’ve moved over, you’ll be able to find a support community for your new site in the wordpress.org support forums.

  You cannot export your theme. Period.

  The designer MIGHT have a version available for WordPress.org buyers, but you wouldn’t buy that here; you would buy it on the designer’s site.

  Yes, raincoaster and I and every Volunteer here knows how to locate WordPress.ORG themes. The point that’s relevant is that themes for self hosted WordPress.ORG install cannot be purchased through WordPress.com. We aim for clarity.
