Download theme

  Hi I purchased a theme and now I can’t seem to locate my downloaded theme, as I need to transfer it to a different domain to use now, is there a way I can download it again?

  Hi,

  You won’t be able to download the premium theme since it’s customized for WordPress.com usage only.

  If you’re trying to transfer the theme to a blog that isn’t hosted at WordPress.com, you can cancel and refund the premium theme up to 30 days from your purchase (which you can see in Store -> Billing History) by going to Store -> My Upgrades and clicking Cancel and Refund.

  Thanks for your response, I’m sure that when I purchased the theme that you get a zip file of it? Is this not the case…
