  Can I download my theme that I purchased through wordpress? My boss has a host that he wants me to run off and I cannot find the option to download the theme. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  Hi there. It sounds as if your boss wants you to start a self-hosted site. Is this the case? If so, you cannot download WordPress.com themes for self-hosted sites. You’ll have to download one from a third-party vendor. This link should help you find one you like:

  I did not know that when I bought that theme that I could not own the zip file of it and do what I want with it. Therefore, I would like a refund please for a theme that I do not wish to use on any other host than that of my own. I appreciate any help that you may have to get that refund to me. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  I’d be happy to help you with that refund. First, you’ll need to switch your site at http://integrity2719.wordpress.com/ to one of our free themes. You can do that by going to My Blogs and clicking on “Change Theme” to pick another theme.

  Once you’re no longer using that premium theme, I can issue you a full refund or you can go to Store > My Upgrades in the site’s dashboard and click “Cancel and Refund.”
