  I try to download video from my computer . After a while message says in red “error HTML”.
  That happens either with .avi or .mpeg-2
  They are less than 1GB and I bought 28 GB from you.
  Please solve problem

  Sorry error message says HTTP and not HTML

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry you’re having trouble! Can you try a few things for me?

  First, can you try using another browser (either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox preferably.

  Next, can you let me know if this is also happening when you try to upload images or just with video?

  Finally, when you’re uploading videos, are you uploading them directly to a post or to your Media Library? The URL should look like one of the following:
