Can you tell me how it is possible that in statistic/ downloaded files appeared a pdf file, which is private and was not placed anywhere on my web? This file was only enclosed to my private E-mail. This is scandalous! Can you help to protect my web/Email? I do not understand it……

Did anyone else view the PDF file that was included in the email? If so, it’s just tracking that.

Hello, This is just my question, if anybody saw it….I do not know….and hope not. It was only enclosure of the mail from my bank regarding my account. In statistic is written: donwloaded files : “mentioned” pdf and it is enclosed there…. why?

Hi @alposblog, my best guesses are that either you clicked on the link and the system did not know it was you, or someone else clicked it.
If the PDF is sensitive, I’d recommend password protecting the file, or not uploading it to your site.

You cannot remove anything from stats.

Where exactly do you see that you have paid for something? Did you receive a receipt for a WordPress.com upgrade via email?
