Downloaded images appearing as icon, incorrect format

  I cleared my browser history and cookies yesterday and now the downloaded images are only showing as an icon for each photo. The page is taking a long time to load as well. I am using the Chrome browser. It was working fine before I cleared the browser history yesterday. Please help. – Lisa Swenson – Contact: (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thanks!

  Problem: Cleared browswer history (4wks worth but stopped in middle of process-taking too long) and deleted cookies.

  Images are showing as icons instead of actual photos in the blog posts.

  Actions taken: 1) Deleted last post. (Didnt solve problem) 2) Went to browser as steps provided. (Didnt work either). 3) This was working last night even after the browser was cleared.

  Hi Lisa,

  Can you send me a link to a post with the problem? In looking through a few posts, I’m not seeing icons instead of images.

  That said, it sounds like there might be a connectivity issue. What is your Internet service provider?

  Also, could you follow the traceroute instructions on this page (Advanced Browser Troubleshooting) and send back the results?
