  I downloaded a WordPress Theme from http://www.wpthemesfree.com/.

  Question is, how will I be able to use it and apply it here on WordPress?

  Sorry, but you cannot use downloaded themes on wordpress.com.

  That’s wordpress.org…the downloadable client thing..that you use with a Webserver :P

  I also was looking into it…then I read on another Message board that you used to be able to with earlier versions of this site. but then they removed it for some reason.
