  Hello I am trying to download all my content onto my computer. I am having trouble downloading 12 GB. I have tried on chrome, Mozilla firefox, and safari. It is stuck at 8.9 GB and continues to fail. Ive been downloading for 3 hours. What can I do to speed it up?

  I have contacted my internet provider and they said it is the server that I’m downloading from that has a problem.

  Hi there,

  I can see you have initiated an export yesterday and it was finished with a sucess a minute later. You should have received an email with the XML file. Did you get it or are you still having issues with that?
