In “Tools” “export” you can export an xml file of your site’s content (useful in case you wished to ever move hosts) and also your media. The xml file can be used with various services on the Interweb if you wished to make a pdf file of your site’s content.

In your wp-admin dashboard export is third one down below “Available tools” and
“Import”. In the “My Sites” dashboard you’ll find the option to export media. -
Hi there folks, hope you don’t mind me adding to this discussion. /waving @ccf93
Hi C, Hope you are doing OK. You’ll find the export options at
https://wordpress.com/export/blogginginparis.wordpress.com
The export file will contain addresses for the media files but if your site isn’t online any longer, the new site or print utility won’t be able to pull in those media files. https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
You can also download your media files from that page as well, but they aren’t connected to the references in your site export file.
If you want to turn your site into a book, have a look at http://www.blog2print.com/ and https://www.blogbooker.com/index.php There are probably other services out there, but those are the only two I know of. (YMMV-NAYY I do not have experience with these services.)
Adding this link here from Blurb, for future reference, which seems to have taken this in an entirely different direction (more complex than the old one) http://www.blurb.com/blog/five-reasons-go-blog-book/
Hope that also helps.

Hello, magicrobot and J! Nice to see you here too J.
Magicrobot, there’s nothing in my admin page that says “available tools”
When I go to https://wordpress.com/export/blogginginparis.wordpress.com
I get a message that says
You are not authorized to view this page!
I am feeling doomed! -
