downloading a picture

  I’ve been trying to download a picture in the media area. Have tried dragging and dropping and browsing but the jpg won’t download. VERY frustrating. Have been trying for two days!!!!

  Hi there – Can you please try this in an alternate browser, such as Chrome or Firefox?

  Do you get any sort of error message? Does it appear that the file times out while uploading, and if so, how large is the image? Or does it just not seem to do anything at all when you select it?

  Thanks So much Eurello! Switching to Firefox worked like a charm. Yay! :)
