Downloading a website to be used outside of WP system

  Hello, I am currently creating a website for my university project. My website is hosted by HostGator and I am struggling to find how to download a website, with all of its content, as a zip file. The local version of a website will need to be archived into a zip and sent to the university so that they can open it without having to log in to my hostgator account or installing wordpress, so basically the snap of a website that has all of its contents inside a folder (images, all pages, etc)
