Downloading an mp3 from my blog
-
With the help from this forum I have successfully uploaded a podcast to my page so people can listen to my Mp3 file :)
There are two links to it, one in my blogroll and one on my page shown by arrows. What I’m stuck on is how can the mp3 be downloaded so the listener has the option to play it on their mp3 player and not only steaming it through my page. At present when it opens in Quick time player there is no option to save it.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

You can insert a link to the MP3 file just as you would a link to a website. Put the text you want to link to the MP3 into the post below the audio player, highlight that text, click the “link” button and paste the URL of the MP3 file into the window that opens and then click “insert.”

Thanks for the advice. This is how I uploaded the MP3 to my page although the text does not link to the ‘URL’, but I got it to work in the end by adding the link: [audio http://yogaclara.wordpress.com/files/2009/06/walking-meditation-51.mp3%5D. This works!
It’s playing on my page no problem, my concern is how the listener can save the mp3 it to their own computer.

Did you read this from my post right above yours?
