Downloading audio from my computer

I need help getting my sound recodridings onto my posts. I have bought Space Upgrade, I have Flash Player intalled but cannot find the files to download. Help! Help! HELP!!!

I don’t use wma files much myself, so I can’t offer much specific advice. But a google search shows this converter as being fairly well reviewed on CNET:
