Downloading Blog Content

Hello, I am saying goodbye to my first of three WP blogs and need to download all of its content. Is there a way to download my almost four-hundred posts as a PDF or document of some sort? I exported it as an .XML file, but that was not helpful to me at all…can someone help me?

We only offer a .xml export, meant to be imported to another site/platform, but there are services you can use to convert that into a printable PDF, or even an ebook file for you.
I’ve used blogbooker.com for this in the past – they specifically support WordPress .xml exports. Another option you can look at is fastpencil.com.
That said, if you don’t want to continue with these blogs, and also don’t want them online any more, you still don’t have to completely delete them. Alternatively you can just set the sites to private. That way only you would have access to them, but they’ll continue to exist in your account.
