Downloading customer list

  I’m trying to download our customer list but having a ton of issues with it. I tried installing this plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/export-woocommerce-customer-list/, but it didn’t download anything from WooCommerce. Does anyone know how I could get this done? Thanks!
