Downloading Email Addresses of Approved commentators and followers

In want to download the emails of both my followers and those whose comments I approved – how do I do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can export your email subscribers from the page here:
Just scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Download all email-only followers as CSV”.
WordPress.com doesn’t have a similar feature to download approved commenter however.
